Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 4 months before event: 50% of payment made excluding nonrefundable deposit
Cancellation within 60 days: No refund
Force Majeure (Act of God) Clause
Neither the client(s) nor the Venue shall be held liable or responsible for obligations under this Agreement if caused by acts, events, or conditions beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as fire, flood, and earthquake), government orders, war or any other event commonly referred to as “An Act of God.” If such an event occurs, the affected party shall notify the other promptly through e-mail. The parties affected will work in good faith to reschedule to a mutually agreed upon date. If rescheduling is not possible, then termination of this agreement ensues. Payments made to the Venue by the client shall be refunded minus non-refundable deposit. The Venue is not liable for any consequential damages or additional costs arising from such cancellation or delay.
